and Personalized Exercise Program. Week 2: Mail in food journal at
the end of second week. Week 3: Food journal evaluation with total
customized Nutrition/Weight Management plan update. Weeks 4-6: Weekly
Client Check-Ins Week 7: In-Home Training Session with a Complete Client
Recheck, Adjustments and Client Compliance. Weeks 8-11: Weekly Client
Check-Ins Week 12: Final Assessment: Body Composition, Maintenance
Nutrition/Weight Management Plan and Personalized Maintenance Aerobic/Weight
Training Program.
With
this package you will receive the Complete Body Analysis
Personalized Resistance & Aerobic Program, Nutrition/Weight Management Recommendation
Plan along with In-Home Personal Training customized especially for your body
and needs. Our In-Home Training packages are all in 6 week cycles. starting a
6 sessions at 1 session per week for six weeks up to 180 sessions at 5 sessions
per week for 36 weeks. Save $75 off the Complete Body Analysis Package of $150
by purchasing any size In-Home Training Package. (This is the ONLY startup fee
for any training package.)
